Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We want you and your child to be 100% satisfied with your SensoryHarbor tools.

Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

How to Start a Return To start a return, please contact us at info@sensoryharbor.com. Once your return is accepted, we will provide the return shipping address and detailed instructions. Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right at no cost to you.

Exchanges & Sale Items The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item. Please note that we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 1 business days.

A Note on Sensory Products Sometimes it takes a few days for a child to get used to a new sensory tool (like a swing or body sock). We encourage you to give your child a little time to explore their new "Harbor." If it's still not a perfect fit, we are here to help.
